The first thing is to sit down with the bride and/or groom and find out how they met and aabout the start of their relationship. With this knowledge in hand you will need to write out the story, and then create a new version where a lot of the significant words have been omitted.

Each guest on the night is then given a copy of the story and asked to fill in the gaps and then read out their stories. This can be absolutely brilliant where someone says something like ‘he tackled her instead of kissed her, or he showed her his ???? instead of his watch. You get my drift I’m sure.
The winners are those with the best voted stories either by the hen or the group.
